Do you need park passes for the sunrise safari?

We are doing this on the same day as the MVMCP, which does not require passes. If the SS doesn't need passes, we will be able to do two parks in one day without using up one of the days on our tickets.

Yes, you do need park passes for the sunrise safari. The CM in the CL will swipe them before you leave AKL for the safari.

The Sunrise Safari Requires That You Be A Guest At The Animal Kingdom Lodge On The Concierge Level. This Safari Is Different From The Regular Safari At The Animal Kingdom.

Too bad........... now we will have to find something to do on a non park day. We have 7 day passes and will be there 8 full days. I wonder if it is worth changing the 7 day passes to 8 days.

I have a resort day planned for our trip, but ended up getting passes for the whole vacation, because to add a day (from six to seven days) was only four more dollars a ticket. I thought it was worth it to have that flexibility, in case it rained, or whatever.
