We are staying at AKL in Feb and I just finished my AKL PS's. I realizing that I may have excluded going to the story telling. I think it would be really fun to do it one night. From my search, it sounded like the time varies with the season. When we go in mid Feb sunset is around 6:20pm. Does anyone have a clue when it would be scheduled? And is it worth delaying dinner to see? (we have young kids, 9 &3)

Thanks for any input you may have.

I have gone to the storytelling twice. Coincidentally, the same story was told the same time, but by different storytellers. We (a group of adults) enjoyed it, but it doesn't last too long, and there are limited chairs and stools. If your kids like live storytelling and it fits easily in your plans, and your kids are OK with delaying dinner, then do it. It is not a must-do, in my opinion, just one of those nice extras that adds a little to your overall experience. The storytellers both did a nice job.

Can't help you with the time - we found out by asking at the front desk.
