AKL store questions.

I actually had a dream (hahaha) that I bought a set of miniature stuffed animals of a few of the animals at the lodge. Do they have anyhing like that? I would also like to maybe get a poster and some type of necklace. I would also love a hoodie with the hotel's logo or something like that. I just really have no idea what the store carries. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

so beware. But I do remember that there is a lot to choose from with the resort info on it, that is hoodies, t-shirts, hats, visors, etc etc. A LOT to choose from that says Animal Kingdom Lodge.

There are a lot of offerings in the African theme as well. They have an entire display of African musical instruments...a lot of percussion type instruments, drums, etc., and in fact they have a nightly parade for the kiddos where they can select an instrument from the gift shop and parade around the lobby making as much noise as they can...very fun...they get a certificate for particpating in the activity. They have artwork...both framed and unframed (in a mat) in various different sizes.

I do believe that they have jewelry...but I will say that there is an afternoon pool activity that is a bracelet making activity...they have little baggies prepared with beads and a clasp and string that you can make into your own bracelet. It is a free activity...they just announce it to the pool area in general and then you go over to the area that it is at and you can pick up your baggie and do the activity there or take it with you to do later. I admit that I took mine with me because I wanted to get something better than the string they used to make the bracelet, but I still haven't done that yet.

As for the little stuffed animals... ...I don't remember exactly. I think they had a whole display of animals with all the different toy offerings, but ...maybe someone else can fill in that blank.

Yes, you can get stuffed animals there. Definitely a necklace and hoodie too. I don't know about posters, I can't remember if I saw them or not...
