My suggestion is not to request more than two things. Pick the two that are the most important to you. Then when you get there ask for the other things that you may want. This worked for us at AKL. They tried to be very helpful.
Zebra Arusha is what we stayed and thought it was nice.3 floor has the best vies I have been told. We had 4th floor and thought that was good.

We had two rooms in December, 2004. Both rooms overlooked the Arusha Savannah and were on the Kudu Trail. It was a fairly long walk to the lobby and pool, but it was very quiet and had a great view of zebra, giraffe, etc. Both rooms were non-smoking. Room 4321 had a bunk bed and a queen-size bed. Room 4319, next door, had two queen-size beds. We had AP rates on both rooms. Enjoy!
