The host drives me crazy too! 
I enjoyed the show, but want to know how many takes they had to do in order to see that many animals on the Kilimanjaro Safari? It seemed to me they saw one of everything.

If I remember right that afari was the special sunrise safari for concierge guests. The animals have just been let out for the day and there are no other guest trucks driving around. Plus they stop the bus at times for better and longer views Makes me want to stay at concierge level just for the special tour!
