Help! We left 2 bathing suits at the akl on June 25. 4 calls to the resort lost & found have gone

Have you ever tried the Sleep Pillow App for Iphone or Ipod? If you have access to one of those devices that might save you from needing to buy a fan for white noise. You can creat your own custom white noise blend on the app. I have found it to be incredibly easy to use and provides a lot of variety for sounds. You can make blends as well of three sounds.

I'll check it out! Thanks! Hard to find just the right one that sounds right to me. Also I'm little leery of letting it run all night on my phone, I'll have to do a trial run!

Now my question is this: Animals can be seen anywhere, correct? And which place, that is not from a room, is the best to see the giraffes?

Does anyone know what percentage of the rooms are connecting? Or is there a room map somewhere that shows which rooms connect? Trying to gauge the chances of that request being granted.

This is this first time ive read of this. Do they deliver right to AKL? We have a big party. 11 people and my father in law usually rents a car just to go to wal mart. Would this be worth looking into? 10 people for 10 days is usually a pretty big grocey bill. Thank you

Yes, they do deliver right there. But 10 days for 10 people is probably going to really cost you. Some things re definitely more expensive than the average grocery store. My family of 4 is on the dining plan, so we just ordered a few breakfast items, LOTS of water, and a few small snacks.

But you could conceivably order much much more.

Ok ... I'm a huge football fan, and I never miss a chance to watch the SuperBowl. But this year, I'm at AKL on that day ... so I need a plan. ESPN will be crazy and I don't want to be stuck in room watching the game. The Pool bar is not open throughout the game, so I'm looking for options. Any thoughts?

If you find yourself at Walt Disney World on Super Bowl Sunday, what's a guest to do?
Super Bowl Sunday is actually one of the least crowded days at Walt Disney World, so make the most of it! Even with the new limited FastPass+ system, you should be able to easily experience many attractions, and the weather is expected to be sunny and warm.
Should you be in the other camp and among the millions of fans looking forward to the big game -- or just vacationing with someone who is a football fanatic -- there are plenty of places to catch the game on television screens at Walt Disney World. Probably the first one that comes to mind for many folks is the ESPN Club on the Boardwalk because of its sports theme, 100 television screens, and traditional "game day" food. Consequently, the ESPN Club fills up early -- folks have been known to arrive hours early to secure a spot. The restaurant does take reservations, which many guests don't know, a cast member told me. So, call 407-WDW-DINE to check if there's a spot for you.
The ESPN Club is not the only place to watch the Super Bowl on Disney property, though. There are quite a few restaurants at Downtown Disney that will be hosting fans: Bongo's Cuban Cafe, Wolfgang Puck Cafe, House of Blues, Paradiso 37, Plant Hollywood, Rainforest Cafe and Fulton's Crab House.
Plus, Splitsville is having a Super Bowl-ing Party for adults ages 21 and older who want to see the big game on its 40 flat-panel screens. For $75, each person will receive complimentary appetizers and open bar from 6 to 9 p.m. Open bowling is an additional $20, and part of the proceeds will go to Orlando-based Clean The World Foundation, a non-profit organization that collects and recycles soap and shampoo products from the hospitality industry and distributes them to impoverished communities worldwide.
In past years, the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex has had two viewing locations open to the public -- ESPN Grill and the Jumbotron at the Welcome Center. The Grill is open again this year, but it closes at 9 p.m."

I was able to get a villa last minute on pts sooo it's Kidani 1 bed savanna view July 19-23 for us.

I was really surprised to find this less than 30 days out just checking the member website randomly. Pretty excited to do the mine, E&A, BOG lunch and the new Frozen activities at HS with my grown kids haha

We will be at AKV Jambo 10/21/15 - 10/30/15!

A beautiful 9 night stay in an AKV Value Studio (fingers crossed) or Std Studio @ Jambo. Sooooo excited to have a long relaxing trip!!!

My folks may be joining us for 6-9 nights but probably at BLT or BWV. I guess AKL doesn't appeal to them as much but I don't know why, it's absolutely stunning in photos! The rooms look dark which is a small bummer, but the resort looks warm, cozy, and like a secluded getaway from the in-your-face brightness of Disney. I think it will be relaxing to go back to AKL after spending the days in the parks. I'm hoping to spend one day exploring/relaxing at the resort and walking around DTD.
