What is the best way to get to Winter Summerland mini golf. Is there a direct bus or do we have to take a bus to TTC and grab another bus to WSG/water park (can't remember water park name)? I know that it is about only 1.5 miles from AKL it maybe easier to drive ourselfs as we will have our own car. Just wanted hubby to be able to have a few cocktails prior to golf, thus taking the bus idea.

Winter Summerland right next to Blizzard Beach so you would need to get a bus from there and walk a short distance.

I know there is a bus as we have done this before. It is a shared bus with one of the parks, but I am not sure which park it is is. It has been a while since we last went to Blizzard Beach/ Winter Summerland.

So right now we're at SSR and think BCV & BwV we'll probably have no shot at....Would you even consider that or are you going to still try for those and/ or AKV.?

....it is the bus that also goes to DTD....it makes its stop at BB and then goes to DTD....

Ok, I did it. Dropped the Royal Kuba Suite for two CL rooms. We are doing the Wanyama safari and I decided we wouldn't end up being in the room that much anyway.

Hope you are feeling better and have recovered well. Noticed on the trip list you will be at AKL the same week we are there. We are staying our first AKL DVC stay this trip and snagged a CL 1 BR….

Hi everyone!

I just wanted to share my excitement that my husband and I will be staying at the AKV - Jambo House in August!! I can't believe I have a Disney trip coming up!!!

It's our first stay at AKV, and I was wondering what you all suggest we do on the day we arrive. I don't like to rush to the parks on the first day (and hubby only wants to do water parks, which close at 6). Should we stay on property after our flight lands at 1pm? Is there much to do at the resort late afternoon? I was thinking hanging by the pool and dinner at Sanaa.

That was super helpful. I've been on the Dis for years and I didn't know that.
