AKL IPO and CP Packages

I sent Don at AKL IPO my information to book the Candle Light Processional package. I just read somewhere that the packages go fast and are similar to getting an ADR at CRT. If I make them myself I'll have to call at 1:00am , so I'd much rather have someone else take care of it. But if everyone else is calling in at 7:00am and the IPO is calling in with more than likely many other package requests, will I even get what I want?

Do the IPO people have a different reservation system for this type of thing? Or should I stop my whining and call in at 1:00am?

I don't know the answer to your question,but why not email Don and ask him? You can tell him that you really want xxxxxx and ask how likely it is he will be able to get it for you - be sure to tell him that you'd have to call at 1 AM to do it yourself. I'm betting he will put your mind at ease. (And there is no guaranteed that you will get it by calling yourself either).

Good idea, thanks Carol. Don is actually the one that mentioned that I'd have to call at 1:00am, I didn't even know the packages were that hot. The more I think about it, I really don't want to wait up. I did it for my ADR's but that fell on a weekend for me, this is on a work day. I think I'll give him a backup choice of restaurant, I really am interested in Chefs de France as well.
