AKL/Going around smoking area to get to bus

Hi,

I have a dd with asthma. Is there a way to get to the bus stop without going through the new designated smoking area?

Also, what about getting to the pool? The map looks like you have to go through another DSA to get to the pool, too.

I don't remember the smoking area to get to the pool. But yes the one time we used the bus we had to walk through the smoking area. My DS also has asthma. Luckily for us there was no one smoking.

To avoid the smoking area while going to the bus stop, go through the Zawadi Marketplace.

There are ways...some more convenient than others.

The bus stop is easy. Head into Zawadi marketplace. There is a door there that leads outside and drops you RIGHT near the bus stop, but past the smoking area.

The pool is less convenient. You'd have to walk 1/2 way down zebra trail, and take THAT elevator down to the Simba's clubhouse area. There's a door right there out to the pool area..it drops you near the arcade and lockers.

We actually request our room to be near that elevator down to the pool. Makes access the pool easier, though the walk back to the lobby might be too long for some people's tastes.
