AKL DVC Cost

Hi! Can anyone tell me what the average cost is to buy into AKL? And I keep reading about the incentive points of you buy in before they open. Can anyone tell me about these as well? There are so many threads I am getting overwhelmed here. Please help.

all sales are being offered to dvc members first and i am not sure when sales will be open for non-members. it seems as if those issues are invovled in determing cost.

If you are a DVC member you can purchase an add-on now at AKV. The price is $101/point. If you purchase at least 100 points during February, they are offering a choice of either a $8/pt incentive or a set of "developer points" that expire in 7 months.

If you are not a DVC member, you can purchase in March (March 4th?) for $104/point. There has been no announcement about any incentives for nonmembers.
