Just wanted to let you guys know these guys ROCK!!!!! DH and I are going to AKL 5/5 and the itinerary planners (Alana is who we have had the pleasure of dealing with) are AWESOME!!!!!!

They have been very patient with our EVERY request and also helped us changed around some PS after we found out no fireworks would be in MK the night we had ressies at Cindy's! They have helped us make reservations for the Keys to the Kingdom tour, sunrise safari and several ps ressies!!!
They are so fast! I just made request this a.m. and in less than one hour I had a whole new itinerary emailed to us along with new ps times we had requested!

I just can't wait to meet these great people! (Just had to share my excitement with someone who would understand!!!!)

The more and more I hear about this excellent resort, the more I want to stay on their concierge level!

I agree. I am going in less than two weeks. I can't wait!!! I had to switch my AKL stay from the beginning five days of my vacation to the last five days. Don was the CM I spoke with and he is so NICE. He switched my sunrise safari reservations, too. He is such a pleasure to talk to! We are very excited.

I can't wait, I am so frustrated that I haven't put my DisneyTime program on my computer since installing WIndowsXP.....so I don't know how many days

This is our first trip in a non-DVC resort in ten years. We visited the AKL for an afternoon and dinner during our last trip. It really is great.

Now I am reading every concierge post, from all the hotels, AKL sounds like it will be great.

How long before your trip did the pre-planning folks contact you? We are arriving on Oct 23.

You are right...the people at AKL concierge are outstanding...hubby and I can't wait to go back and see them all again.
