AKL - are there bunk bed rooms that connect with nonbunk beds rooms?

Has anyone gotten a bunk bed room connecting with a nonbunk bed room at AKL? We are booked in a Savannah view and would like a bunk bed in one room only. Am I asking for somethng that actually exists?

Yes we had a bunkbed room that connected to a two queen room on one of our 2 visits to AKL. Our rooms were on the Zebra Trail facing the Arusha Savannah. You should add that to your request on your reservation.

You should have no problem as that configuration exists all over the lodge! Happy planning!

yup - we had the same a couple of weeks ago (we actually should have asked to be changed to different rooms as my parents ended up in the room with the bunkbeds!)

I think our rooms were 4503 and 4505
