Akl and club ?

I wanted to get some idea of what AKL CLUB is like. I rent points for a DVC stay (only way to go) and im wondering what the lounge is like, what kind of food and drink is availabule. TIA for all the help

You should check either the AKL FAQ thread or the Club/Concierge FAQ thread over on the Resorts boards - they have lots of good info on AKL CL (it is not a DVC thing specifically, but a resort thing).

That said - you would have to find an AKV owner to book at 11 months out to get AKV-Club level, in most cases. There are very few of those rooms and they book up very fast at the 11 month window.

The breakfast selections are great - love their quinoa! The lunch and dinner selections are much less of a full meal - but the appetizers at dinner time are great.

We will be there in under 6 months!

Thanks so much guys! And i do know that its not easy to get a club RM at AKL, but we have a great person that we have rented points from and my 11 months opens in March so im tring to get all my info so im ready to go before the date.
