Akershus: Specific Items on the Salad Bar?

We are going to Akershus for our first time on our upcoming trip.

My dad has been asking what the specific items are on the salad bar. I tried to google some pics, but what I found was outdated.

Do you remember what they have?

Do they still have herring & lox?
What else do they have?

Also, can you make multiple trips to the salad bar?
He also wants to know if you can ask for seconds on the dessert platter?

Can you tell he's a big eater??? Thanks!
