Hi,

This upcoming trip we will be celebrating our dd 4th birthday. The day that we are celebrating it at Disney we will be attending the Akershus Princess Storybook Dinner. We did the CRT last year, and wanted to do something different. I noticed there are far more menu selections at Akershus than CRT. What is your alls thoughts on this meal? I am going to try this:

Pasta Akershus
Pasta and sauteed garden vegetables
with a fresh herb, roasted garlic pesto
(topped with grilled chicken or salmon upon request)

Is this very good? I am going to ask for grilled chicken to be on top. BTW does it cost extra to have the chicken topped on this? How does that work with the dining plan?

Also, I know they can not predict which princess's will be there , but my dd loves Snow White. Does anyone know if she is a regular here?

Thanks

Jess :goodvibes

I had the Pasta when we went and it was very good I can't remember the cost or if it was extra for chicken - Princesses we saw were Ariel, Aurora, Jasmine, Belle & Cinderella.

If Snow White is not there when you go try to find her in the Germany Pavillion - there is usaully a character sighting time schedule on the park info for the day (sheet you pick up as you come in bby the maps and stuff)

We have been there twice (both times for breakfast).

THe first time 8/03 we saw Jasmine, Mulan, Aurora, Belle, and Mary Poppins.

THe second time 1/05 we saw Jasmine, Mary Poppins, Belle, Mulan, and SNOW WHITE.

Have fun. I hope Snow White is there!

We have gone once for breakfast and once for lunch. Snow white was there both times. The second time Cindy was there at the lunch. Good luck!

My family went there this past June for lunch (11:30). We saw Cinderella, Belle, Jasmine, Aurora and Ariel was at the entrance doing an autograph/photo session before the guest were seated at their table. But after lunch as we walked around World Showcase, we saw Mulan at China and Snow White at Germany.

Have fun ~
