Akershus Breakfast question

Looking at booking ADR and only breakfast time left is 11:00 and breakfast ends at 11:10 with lunch starting at 11:45.

Wondering whether we will be rushed as it is during the turnover.Any opinions?

We usually book that breakfast around 10:45 AM, and have done so the past 4 years. We like the late breakfast as it allows us to get in some rides early in Epcot when it opens and a late breakfast/ early lunch. We have never felt rushed. Probably, tables are turned quicker at CRT than Breakfast at Akershus.

We haven't dined that late at Akershus but we have at 1900 Park Fare. We weren't rushed at all in fact I think we ended up with extra character interaction because it wasn't busy.

At 1900 they don't serve lunch but it is IMO the same basic gig. At Akershus they do a seating of the restaurant, serve the food, the place cleans out or most of the way - is all cleaned up then they seat another round. You'd be in the late breakfast group but you shouldn't be rushed.
