AK Parade 'Preferred Viewing'??

Hi All!

I am doing the FT Package and just received my confirmation stuff yesterday (YIPPEE!!). One thing inside is a voucher for a 'Preferred Seating' area for the AK Parade. Anybody ever used their voucher? Is the 'Preferred Seating' area worth it or are there better parade vantage points?
