AK or DHS Pictures

My DF and I are undecided about where to do about our bridal shoot. We want to do one at AK or DHS BUT it is so hard to see picutres that were done there to help maybe make us lean one way or the other as MK and Epcot are where most couples choose.

Does anyone have any pictures they can share with us at either of these locations? Also, your comments on whether you think it was worth it? Good locations to choose within the parks?

Have you looked on the Roots page. I know they shot a wedding in AK and it was lovely.

I did know they did those but I can't go in and see the pictures on the disney website because they are to old now. However if they can come post some it would much appreciated!

I think the AK has alot more interesting places for some great shots then DHS. Just pictures of the tree alone are great.

I think that AK is great unless you have any sort of attachement to Studios.

We're doing DHS because our reception will most likey be held there, and DFi love Studios we want pictures there. He's also a Star Wars fan, I'm a Playhouse Disney fan and it has the Hat which DFi is crazy about. If it was my choice I'd pick AK the trees and colors there are so pretty, and there are several places to get pictures and it doesn't even look like you're at Disney.

I had the same difficulty too. In the end I chose to do an AK photo shoot because it's exotic and has a lot of neat little corners to take pics. Now I have to figure out where besides the Tree of Life to take pics...

That's what I was thinking too but as I have only been to that park twice I was having some difficulty picturing where to take pics.

If you read the comments under the pictures it says Tamu Tamu and a smoking area off a path from Africa to Asia.


This is really helping...anyone have more pics or advice on where to take pics in AK?

To add to your confusion, TOT area would be a really pretty spot to take pics at. Muppets Court Yard too.

Disney needs to provide examples for all park shoots.

Those are 2 spots we were thinking about for pics at DHS. I know I wish they would too but I think it circles back to couples preferring Epcot and MK so they just don't have them.
