Yes they are still available. Kids are $5.99 + tax and adults are $11.99 + tax. You buy them at any of the counter service places in AK (Tuskers, Flame Tree, Pizzafari, etc). Just tell the cashier you want one when you order.
They include any lunch (includes entre, the side and a large soft drink or water). Then there are 2 "tickets" attached that they give you. One ticket is good for an ice cream or a box of popcorn from any sidewalk vendor in the park. I have also used them for an ice cream cone at the place across from Tuskers.
The second coupon is for either a bottle of water or a soda from the sidewalk vendors also. My kids always get Blue or Red Powerade and manage to wear most of it home!!
If you have anyone that wants to eat off of the kids menu the kids deal is great....because the ice cream and soda alone would cost about $6, so it is basically like getting a free kids meal. They do not have to be under 10, just willing to eat off of the kids menu. My friends DS is quite a picky eater and he always wants the kids mac and cheese at Tuskers, but as a big 16 year old one serving isn't enough....so she buys 2 kids vouchers and he eats both the lunches and then has coupons for 2 sodas and 2 snacks for the same price as 1 adult voucher.
BTW, the coupons (for drinks and snacks) are supposed to be used on the day of purchase, but we have used them later on the same visit and even on later trips when we had some left over. They really don't care....to the sidewalk vendor "a coupon is a coupon." (or so I was told by the ice cream guy on our last visit when I decided I should really ask if it was OK)
