AK Meal Plus Certificates

Are AK meal plus certificates still available?
If so, do you purchase them at Guest Services or at the restaurant?
Are they a good deal?

Yep - I think it is going to be a permanent thing! I think it is a great deal, if you are going to eat a full lunch! Actually - my daughter and I usually split a meal, as this is a lot of food.

You buy them at the restaurant. You order your meal - we usually split the 1/2 chicken dinner at Flametree - 7.99, I think. Then you get a large fountain drink - regularly $2.00. These drinks are huge!! So - for 11.99 - you've already received $10 worth of food - Then later in the day you can get a bottled water/soda and an ice cream - $2.50 + $3 - Total savings - roughly $3.50. Not bad, especially to feed & snack two people!

The kids meal deal is even better - For example - at Pizzafari - the kid's pizza is $5.99 - so is the meal deal - so you get a bottled water/soda & ice cream treat later for free!

We loved using the meal deals at AK! The meal deals are listed right on the counter service menu boards, but I don't thing alot of people see them or realize what a fantastic deal they are.
