booking for my sister in a couple days.
she wants...
-kilimanjaro safari
-EE
-dinosaur

there's EMH from 8am-9am, she has an ADR for tusker house at 4:30pm, and park closes at 5pm.

AK is my least favorite park and i don't go there much so i'm just wondering what order and what time should i get FP+ for?
should i tell her to go to kilimanjaro safari at RD instead of using a FP+ for it?

1. Book in any order after 9AM and before 3:30PM.

2. Yes. (She can always ride twice.)

She can get 2 of the three done during the morning EMH so it probably depends on which (if any) of them she might want to do twice.

I think the key issue would be the show times (Lion King, Nemo, Flights of Wonder) and lunch. If she wants to hit 2 or 3 of the shows, it would be best to figure out just which showtimes for them you prefer, and then plan the FP+ times accordingly. And if doing counter-service lunch, I'd suggest planning that early (by 11:00) both for avoiding crowds and because of the early 4:30 dinner time.

when we went in september emh, we did dinosaur, primerval whirl, and everest twice during that one hour, I suggest to do these at rope drop and then take a fp for Kilimanjaro safari at 9, if your planning to go to lion king show we that schedule, you will probably ok for the 10 o clock and then take the other 2 fp for pm, maybe for kalid river because it gonna be hot

i would book them EE-KRR-Safari or the other way around to limit backtracking around the park. Try to get them in before 1pm then she can enjoy the Nemo or Lion King show for some A/C time before lunch.

Rope Drop & 4:30pm Tusker House?

That's a long time in AK.

Tusker for lunch might be better.

If arriving for Rope Drop, that first attraction will not need a FP+.

We Rope Drop Safari, then go to Everest. Ride Everest standby too, then use Everest FP+. Then Dinosaur (FP+ not needed this early either). At this point, with EMH, it's not likely to be past 10am (maybe 10:30am with 9am opening). Then It's Tough to be a Bug or Flights of Wonder. Nemo FP+ gets early entry to select your seats; Lion King gets you no real advantage.

But if arriving at Rope Drop, you have to want to walk Pagani & go to Rafiki to stay until 4:30pm for Tusker; I'd eat linch there instead.

she's just about 60 daysz out so not likely to get a lunch tusker house.
see like i said i don't like animal kingdom so i can't imagine staying that long but she does like animal kinghdom and can imagine staying that long.
she has a DD7 and DD2 going on the trip so i'm sure they can spend plenty of time in the petting zoo without getting bored and if they just really take it easy that day they can last until their ADR.
