AK am I being realistic

DD16 and I have quick trip october 26-30. Main goal is to attend MNSSHP, this is her first time. I also am excited to finally attend food and wine festival. We only have one day for Animal Kingdom. Day we're going is also EMH for morning. Let me first say she is not an Avatar fan. Really could care less about it. i would like to do the rides and spend some time at least walking around. Plan to come early do Africa then head to Asia and then Dino-land. Park is open till 7:30 pm that day. Plan to be done with all we want to do by mid-afternoon. We have been to AK many times and my daughter really just wants to do her favorites and check out few animals. If I can obtain FP+ for FOP do you think we can go to Pandora last couple of hours and be able to catch both rides. I'm thinking most people will head there first thing so we should be able to get through alot of stuff before crouds filter to rest of park.

-94.3% chance AK won't close at 7:30 and it'll probably close around 9

-if you get a FoP FP, I don't see any reason why you think you can't head there at night and do both rides and check out the land
