ajoining rooms at POP

I am going to be requesting ajoining rooms for our May 12th trip at POP...What do you think my chances of getting it are? Has anyone had any trouble?

if you have 2 adults and 3 or 4kiddos they guarantee connecting rooms for families.

As far as adjoining I think that is just a request and if they can they will...

Adjoining rooms are just rooms that are next to each other. Sometimes, they may not even be right next to each other. They may or may not have a door inbetween them that connects them together.

So, what you want to ask for is Connecting rooms. And, they should guarantee them if there are 2 adults and 3 or more children. If you have 3 adults and 3 or more children, they won't be guaranteed, because you could have mom and dad in one room with 2 kids and grandma (or whoever the other adult is) in the other room with the rest of the children.

We were there in March, on or reservation they noted that we were "traveling with" our friends. We only expected rooms next to or very near each other. we were very happy to get to our rooms and find that they were actually connecting. So I venture to say that its highly probabable and quite easy to get connecting rooms.

WE have stayed at POP many times, and have been given connecting rooms and adjoining rooms. The other poster is correct, if you have kids staying with you and that is why you need the connection they will guarantee the rooms(I have heard that DIS will not do connecting for, say, your family and your grandparents). Our oldest daughter is 13, and although she is a ticketed adult, she was not allowed to be listed in a room without a parent. So our reservations listed me and some of the kids in one room and dh and the other kids in the connecting room. We have also asked for adjoining for a family that was traveling with us, and they gave us a special confirmation number for those types of rooms. Ask early, don't wait until you get there to insure that you get the rooms you want. We really like POP, have fun.
