That is simply the class of ticket, but it doesn't differ from any other coach fare in terms of service. Everyone in coach is treated the same.

seat assignment overview
All passengers will have a seat assignment before boarding the plane. Customers traveling in Business Class or on full coach fares (Y, B or M class) booked at airtran.com may select their seat assignment at the time of booking. When booking these fares online, look for the "Select Seats" button on the Receipt page at the completion of booking. Seats on more deeply discounted fares, such as "Q","L" and "H," will be assigned at the time you check in for your flight. Dudspizza note: This can be done at the 24 hour mark with online check in. You may have seats pre-assigned for you, but can change to any open seats that might be available. If you wait until 45 minutes before your flight to check in at the airport, then sure, you probably won't be sitting with your kids.

Selecting seats is a straightforward process.

When the Seat Assignment page loads, you will see the seat map for your first flight.
Select a seat for the first passenger by clicking on any available seat (indicated by the color white).
If you’re traveling with more than one passenger, after you select a seat for the first passenger, the system will automatically highlight the next passenger.
Select seats for each passenger in turn.
After assigning seats for all passengers, click the Next Flight button (or the Finish button if you have only 1 flight). Your selections will be saved and the seat map for your next flight will be displayed.
Again, select seats for all passengers and click the Next Flight button.
After selecting seats for all the passengers on each flight, click the Finish button. Your selections will be saved and your itinerary will be displayed again.
If you forget to select yours seats at the time of purchase, you may retrieve your itinerary later and select your seats. In the top right corner of your itinerary you will see the "Change Seats" button.
