Airtran non-stop out of MSP gone?

I was just looking at flights for January for fun. No non-stop listed to MCO at all. I can't remember the last time there wasn't at least 1 non-stop MSP-MCO. Did they eliminate the 1 non-stop out of MSP or was it just the dates I was looking at?

What date are you looking for? I tried Jan 10, 17, 24 and one non-stop each way came up. January 21 did not. Might be certain days of the week.

I think Airtran has drastically cut back their non stop flights in general. There used to be at least a few daily to Philly and now there's a 10 am and an 8 pm. Compared to the 10 others that connect in ATL, the choices are pretty slim.

Though it is not official as the airtran website has not posted an official schedule past January 4th yet I would imagine that they are just cutting certain days of the week as they are going to do here in Columbus too. Tuesdays and Wednesdays in December used to have a total of 6 flights a day but is getting cut to only three.

Our non stop out of MSP in Feb was cancelled - no others on that day. But its ok - we are going through ATL and getting in 7 hours earlier...
