Airtran help needed!

We are flying on Air Tran next week for the 1st time (We leave Friday at 9 AM). I read that I can do online check in and reserve our seats the day before we fly. Is this exactly 24 hours before our departure (Thurdsay @ 9 AM) or 12:01 AM the day before (12:01 AM Thursday)? I really want to make sure to get seats together.

Also- I have read that I can check in for our departure flight, while we are at our hotel (BWV). How does this work?

Air Tran allows you to check in on line 24 hrs prior to departure. So you can check in at 9 am the day before you fly. I do highly suggest this so you can get your seats selected.
Sorry but I can't help you w/ the other question as I have never been able to do that because when we've been there in the past, AirTran was not a participating airline for checking in at the hotel. Good Luck though and enjoy your trip.

In terms of the check in for your return flight, simply go up to the front desk (I used the concierge desk where you can buy tickets and such) and ask them to check you in for your flight. They will do so and print out your boarding passes for you. Simple.

The rest posted above is correct... 24 hours prior to your flight to check in....

I've also gone to the front desk of our hotel (I did it at ASMo and CBR), and had them check us in the day before. The CM was so nice about helping us out both times.

I agree. We were staying at the Boardwalk Inn last week and I went to the Concierge Desk in the lobby. They checked us in and printed our boarding passes.

Again, you can check in 24 hours prior to your flight.
