AirTran? Has anyone used them?

Flew in January and they were great. Picked seats 24 hours prior to check-in, almost had the hole plane to choose from. I printed my return boarding pass from Boardwalk Business Center for free. We will fly Air Tran again. Even with reserved seats, families with young children, carseats were preboarded. They were also very helpful when all the flights were cancelled due to bad weather in Baltimore. They got us out first thing the next morning. They also offered 2 R/T tickets for each seat that a person gives up the next day. Plus hotel, food and transportation.

Do you need a certain kind of printer to print the boarding pass?
I booked online but never recieved actual tickets. SHould I be worried?
I did get the charge on the bill and confirmation numbers.

Any inkjet or laserjet printer will work, I don't know about a dot matrix. You don't even have to print them, you can do check-in at 24 hours just to get seats. I did that when we were at BWV in December, I had my laptop, I just did check-in to get our seats and then the skycap printed them at curbside check-in.

You do not receive actual tickets. Your confirmation # is all you need.
