Airtran check in 24 ours ahead at WDW

We fly out around 1:30 pm on Friday (next week) on Airtran. Now if I understand it right, we can not check in online until 1:30 pm on Thursday (24 hours ahead of time).

We will be at Animal Kingdom that day. Is there a place in the parks with internet access to do this? Or do I have to take a bus back to our resort (Boardwalk) and do it there?

I hate to have to leave in the middle of the day to do this, but I also hate the idea of not sitting with my kids, so I want assigned seats (also that flight is booked full because they stopped selling seats on it two weeks ago).

You would have to go back to a resort, they will do it for you at the concierge desk. I know when I check in for Airtran at the POFQ, they did not even ask if I was a guest in that resort, so I am not sure if you have to go to your own resort or not.
Our flight was booked as well but I checked in after we got back to the parks and was still able to get seats together with no problem.
