Airtran A+ Credit Card or SW RR Card

We currently have an A+ card and I have 45 A+ rewards on it, with more to come until I cancel it.

We have cashed out numerous times and love the ease of cashing out, but with the takeover I don't know whether or not to apply for and start using a RR card.

I hate paying for airfare so I want to stick with a travel rewards card. We buy everything we can with our CC and pay it off at the end of the month so we never carry a balance.

I was looking at the Capital One Venture card as a replacement.

Can you help me decide what to do or provide another cc suggestion?

I'm sure there will be some kind of conversion from the Airtran card to the SW RR card where your A+ rewards gets converted to Rapid reward points in some way...but that won't happen until sometime next year. So if you're happy with your Airtran card, I would stick with it as long as possible.
