Airports

Can someone tell me about the drive from Ontario to the DLH? We accidentally booked our flight into Ontario instead of Orange and now are trying to figure things out.

never driven from ONT to DLH myself, but according to mapquest, it's about 35 miles away and a 40 minute drive (i guess the time is assuming a "normal" drive without traffic). HTH!

so if you're flying into LGB and you gate check a stroller, then is the stoller waiting for you at the bottom of the stairs?! :confused3

When we flew into Burbank (Never, Ever Again!) in March we took a stroller and we deplaned onto the tarmac. We had to wait a few minutes for them to unload the stroller from the special stroller area. I expected it to be faster, but the plane wasn't very big and it didn't take very long to get off! We also had gate checked a high back booster seat and we got it at the same time as the stroller.

I would think that LGB would be about the same. It may take a minute or two for your stroller to be ready. :) But it should be right there at the bottom of the stairs.

thank you for the information. i'm glad to hear that the stroller will be there at the bottom of the stairs. i guess we should just take out time exiting the plane so that when we get to the bottom of the stairs, our stroller will (hopefully) be waiting for us!

When I travelled LGB before we could get off the plane (we were mid to back of a SMALL plane) they'd already gotten everyone's strollers/ boosters off.

Sure it'll be different for us this time since we're going JetBlue but I hear they still do it.
