Airport vs. Off-site Parking

Here's the skinny.. Memphis Airport parking is anywhere from $11-$21 PER DAY. We just moved here, don't know anyone other than our co-workers (and they will be at work when we leave) and dread having to shell out $100 or more when we get home. Cabs are not an option, since we live 25 miles from the airport.

Does anyone have any experience with parking off-site at an airport at a privately owned lot, especially in Memphis? We can park for $6.75 a day in a lot owned by PCA Parking, about a mile from the terminal. Anyone have any thoughts, comments? The lot is always full when we drive by, so I know someone is using them...

If you do a search for the Memphis airport parking, I will bet you will find a bunch of offsite parking lots. Many with coupons. If that lot is full and fenced, I would certainly park there.
