airport transportation town car vs CAB?? prices?

i need to get from the airport to our resort
cheapest possible way for two adults...
everyone is saying mears is a waste of time?
im wondering how much a cab would cost??? has anyone taken on??
is it cheaper than renting a town car? im thinking it would be cheaper but no one ever talks about taking a cab from the airport??

Taking a cab is about $50 one way not including tip. Cost is about the same as taking a town car. Depends on how you like to travel.

In January I used Prestige towncars. They were the cheapest I found at $80.00 round trip to any WDW resort, (including the Magic Kingdom resorts which alot of town car companies charge extra for). They were great-friendly, professional, prompt, safe, and you get a free 30 minute grocery stop. I would highly recommend them.
