Airport transportation for heavy packers (lots of suitcases)

I need a recommendation to get to and from the airport. We are staying onsite. It's a long trip and we tend to pack a lot. We will have 4 people and I expect 8 large suitcases. I'd love to just use the Lyft or Uber app instead of scheduling something, but I'm not sure we'll fit in even the XL vehicles. I want to avoid a bus or other vehicle that makes multiple stops. Suggestions please.

I worked for Mears and have used Ace. When I was with Mears, I interacted with a lot of drivers for the other companies. Destination MCO is another that comes to mind.

I stay 2 weeks at a time and DH and I share one suitcase and each carry a personal item. Have you thought at all about just paring down your items?

If a long trip and staying onsite maybe plan on doing laundry in the middle of the trip? In the past we have always done laundry on a pool day. I have a friend who goes on 2 week Intl business trips and only does a carry on and occasionally a small checked bag.

Anything over 50#/bag will get overweight charges with the airlines (some actually hit extra fees at 40#).

OP, how are you getting from home to the airport? One vehicle? Two? Uhaul?

We've never hit the weight limit and if we did we'd just pay the fee. We are taking 2 cars to our home airport because we are not returning home together.

The big bus services, Sunshine Flyer and Mears, have all that luggage space on the bottom. Maybe a more cost effective option, but they are going to make stops.
