We are not planning to rent a car. We are staying at BCV. How do we arrange transportation to and from the airport??? :confused3

Well you could do :

Mears about $20pp

Magical Express free

Town car about $100.00 RT

Lots of options.

You could even rent a cab.

We used Magic Transportation on our trip last week. It was $85 for us for a RT from the Kissimmee Amtrak station and we got a discount for mentioning the DIS boards. They will provide clean booster seats or car seats and they also had a delux stroller for us to use while we were in town with a big basket underneath. A 30 minute grocery shop was included as well. We were very happy with the service we received! You can get a quote by emailing jeanette@magictransportation.com.

Honestly, I think cabs are the best way to go. It will probably run you about $80-100 roundtrip, but its worth it. I have used Mears before and will never use it again. One time it took me 2.5 hours to get to our Hotel from the airport with Mears.

Cabs are easy. Grab your bags, jump in a cab, and your in your hotel lobby in 20-30 minutes. I've used cabs many times and never had a problem.

I too think towncars are a better deal than the cabs. Most towncar companies will run about $120 or so round-trip including tip. A major bonus of going this route is that if you want, you can stop at a grocery store and stock up on bottled water, soda, and snacks to keep in your room. That will save you time and money durring your trip!

Another option is Mears for around $20 per person. I would avoid this unless you're budget won't allow for anything else. It can take a LONG time to get to your hotel, between waiting for a bus/van to take you and all the hotels you stop at before you get to yours (unless you're REALLY lucky and you're the first stop).

Magical Express is a new service Disney is offering, and this year it's offered free to those staying at a WDW resort. You have the same problem as Mears, you may make multiple stops before you get to your hotel, but they will only stop at WDW hotels, and they do handle your bags for you. The downside to the baggage handeling is that it can take hours for them to get the bags to your room.

Personaly, I always get a towncar and have the bell hop help with bags if needed. With all the money I spend, another 120 bucks isn't a big deal, and it's worth it to be walking into the lobby of my resort less than an hour after landing at Orlando.

We also used magictransportation.com for our last trip to Disney and also paid 85.00 for great service along with 30 minute publix stop.Chicago526 is right-about one hour after arriving your at your resort! :earsgirl: :earsboy:

I used DME and I got to CBR less than an hour after I landed at MCO.
