Airport Disney Stores

Does anyone know what time the Disney stores open in the Orlando airport? Our plane lands at 8:00am and I would luv to purchase our APs before heading to the hotel. Also, can they accept old tickets towards the purchase of a new ticket? Thanks.

Magic of Disney (West Hall) is open for 7am to 11pm

Disney Earport (East Hall) is open 7 am to 11pm

Not sure what time they open... But I just wanted to relay a recent experience. I was down in Orlando on business and wife and children flew down to meet me for mini vacation after business was over. Met wife at airport and went to the Disney Store located near security gates for Delta Song Flights to buy her an AP.. What a mistake! Nobody there new how to do Annual Passes. Was told by some that they didn't sell them activated.. Just the vouchers. Told them they were wrong. They finally found someone who did know. Then they jammed up the ticket machine. Almost charged my credit card twice for one AP.. Finally someone from the other store had to walk over to fix the problem. All in all took 40 minutes easily to buy one single AP pass! If I had known I would have just driven over to Downtown Disney and bought it there.

I want to ask a silly question. The grandparents want to give the kids Disney Dollars for the trip, but we can't get them around here. Where's the easiest/quickest place I can get them in Orlando?
airport Disney store? Disney resort? someplace else?

We live in Minnesota, and you can buy Disney Dollars at our Disney Store. So I'm guessing you will be able to buy them at the Airport Disney Store too. Keep in mind the Magic of Disney Store is on the PUBLIC side of the security checkpoint, it is NOT in the restricted area, so you have to get your bags and go in through ticketing again. I don't know about the EarPort store, though. Have a fabulous trip!

Are Disney Dollars available at the resort gift shops? I assume they are available in the parks, but I'm afraid to assume. Has anyone bought them in the parks? Has anyone bought them somewhere else that was convenient? TIA.

We also purchased our APs at the Earport last May. The store was staffed by quite a few senior CMs and even though they knew what they were doing, they were pretty hard of hearing so it took us nearly a 1/2 hr to get our passes.
