does a pillow count as a carry on? Or can I have my bag and my pillow...I am very particular where pillow's are concerned and I would really like to take mine with me...I'm trying to figure out the best way to get it there...

Any suggestions?

Thanks...we leave in 1 week:earseek: :earseek:

Yes, your pillow counts as a carry on. You can have one personal item (purse, briefcase) and one other item which I guess is the pillow.

If you have a suitcase, check it.

Technically it counts as a carry on, but most airlines let you have a carryon and a personal item (purse, backpack, etc). Last week I had 2 carryons, it's no big deal. They don't do much enforcement of the rule either. So if you have a pillow and a carry on bag you should be fine, but check with your specific airline.

A lot depends.... at my airport the TSA just will NOT let you pass if you have more then the 1 carryon and 1 personal item.

Also, I think it is rude to come on with more then the two items. There is only so much space on a plane.
