Airmiles vouchers

I have some questions about the Canadian Resident Discount
if you order the 5 day pass, I believe you get a voucher that you have to take in and exchange for tickets.
What exactly does the voucher say?
How is it determined that it is a Canadian Resident ticket.
How much is the Canadian discount price on the vouchers?
At the moment the tickets expire in Dec 2018, does that mean if you don't use them you lose your money or can you take them in and exchange them for new tickets and just pay the price difference for 2019 tickets,
(In which case I understand you would lose the Canadian discount (but if you exchanged them when they had another Canadian Discount offer then you would only lose the price difference)
