My staples order from last night has not arrived but I got the airmiles and the 50 Mega miles from the coupon.Two of the 3 orders, placed with Staples yesterday, arrived today. They weren't expected until Aug 18th. It will be interesting to see how long it takes the associated AM to show up in the various accounts.
I got an email from staples this morning about the fact that they had a problem with some orders being overcharged and that credits would be coming for my measly $44 order (needed something immediately and couldn't wait to increase the total, ordered for store pick up) I'm not a happy camper either, whaaaatttt happened to their ordering system that allowed our cards to be charged incorrectly??So p*** with Staples. One of my orders showed as one charge on my CC yesterday. Today they have put a credit through for it and charged two smaller amounts <$100. I had $100.67 (before taxes and shipping) on the original order. Just enought to qualify for the Staples coupon. Now it looks like I will be chasing this down after the promotion.
Or does anyone think it might work itself out?
Is Rachelle Berry inside the IGA stores in Gatineau? It looks like there are at the same locations when I do a google maps search?

Same email I got and my assumption is that they're talking about the account you used to pay for your order not your staples account. That's what ottawamom and I were talking about. I'll check the Mastercard account later todayOh and I got an email from Staples saying my order was over charged and they would be crediting my account,,,uh no I don't have an account or want a Staples credit,,,I will call later.

When they cancelled the over charge what they did was cancel my original order and reissue it with the same order # and an "A" at the end of it. There was no mention of the coupon code or my AM # on the new invoice. I called CS and they have sent a ticket to the support team. It can take 90 days for them to get back to me.Oh and I got an email from Staples saying my order was over charged and they would be crediting my account,,,uh no I don't have an account or want a Staples credit,,,I will call later.
