Airmiles for Disneyland

Quick question (with some mild ranting)

I ordered by airmiles Disneyland tickets 3 weeks ago. It says 3-4 weeks so I will wait one more week before calling them.

2 days ago my mom redeamed a coffee maker. It arrived today. TWO DAYS LATER.

Do tickets take longer then merchandise? I wasnt concearned until she messaged me all excited that her coffee maker had arrived.

How long is the typical delievry for everyone else? (since I know quite a few of you have used Airmiles for park tickets)

It's been a while since I ordered tickets from Airmiles, but I'm sure it didn't take 4 weeks! I think 2-3 was more like it and I'm on the West Coast. I'm sure Airmile redemptions come from Ontario. I would call them.

Mine took about 4 - 5 weeks when I ordered Universal tickets. I was getting concerned - but then I called them one day and the tickets arrived the next....

My tickets have always arrived within the 2-3 week timeframe. A couple of times, it was 1 week but typically is 2-3 weeks. I hope they arrive soon.

Thanks. I'm in Toronto so I know for other tickets I have ordered they've been really quick (a week or two)

I'll give a call tomorrow just to make sure. Makes me nervous with my trip just over a month away

In BC here and lately my gift cards having been taking around 3 weeks. Way back when they used to come within a week but not for the past year.

So after being on hold for an hour and half (after it told me the wait was 14min!)

I finally got in touch with a human being. She seemed pretty shocked my order had not arrived as a fellow Toronotonian she said she'd never waited more then 2 weeks. She looked into it and its apparently ready to ship. But If i don't have it by the end of next week to give them a call back so they can expedite a new ticket.

So....the waiting came continues
