I always stress over this,we're visiting family in June, and need to fly, how far ahead should I book for decent prices? We go from Northeast-Midwest,which can get pricey(more than to FL)
Prices are *ok* right now, not so great, I think they may go down in the next month,am I off here?

I purchased my tickets for my 6/1 to 6/9 trip on Feb. 8 with AA for $266. per ticket plus tax, now the same exact ticket is $600. plus tax. That was only 3 weeks ago. I'm traveling from Tulsa to Mco.

We are also going to WDW on 12/9 to 12/15. I purchased my tickets for that trip today. Just in the last 2 days the fares for my tickets started out at $310. per ticket plus tax, and now the same flight is $334, that's why I figured I'd better purchase those today. I hate that the prices just seem to go crazy all at once, but I figure with the gas prices going up, so will the air fare.

I can fly out of Cleveland, Akron, Pittsburg or Columbus down to WDW in Dec. for about $200 each plus taxes. Some of the airlines don't have their schedules past Oct. so not sure if I should wait or book.

Those taxes and fees really add up, don't they?!? What starts off at a great price of $197 p/p turns into $260+ p/p !

It's like playing chicken!:rotfl:
I'm thinking prices may start creeping up now?ugh,it's difficult to decide!
right now I'm seeing 230pp.... which might be the best I can find....
