Airline baggage fees

Its been a few years since our last trip so I'm not aware of which airlines charge extra for bags and which ones include it in the fees. We'll likely fly out of the US since we are a group of six and the savings is unbelievable! I don't want to be surprised by a having to pay extra for six bags when I reach the airport.
