Hello wonderful helpful people.
I have booked my resi's at HOHO for next Feb. Now, I am thinking about how to get the best airfare to DL from Seattle.

I am all over the Dangle thing from SW. How come all the airlines don't do that?

Does anyone know where I might find historical information about the lowest fares available for that time of year? I know they may change, but I would like to know about what I can hope for.

Also, most likely the cheapest airport to fly into?

Cheapest way to get to DL?

Also, are there ever any specials on AP's??

So, I guess you know my theme for this trip, huh?

I figure if I do it cheap enough, I'll be able to get back again within the year.

Thanks for your help.

If you fly into LAX or SNA the cheapest way to DLR is most likely the DL Express bus. Somtimes there are coupon links floating around here. Just keep an eye out for them.

I've never heard of any special rates on AP's with the exception of $10 off for California AAA members. I always recommend people purchase a parkhopper first and then upgrade to an AP so that they can take advantage of a Magical Morning.

There more than likely will be a special promotion next winter/spring much like the one they are running now for parkhoppers. Your best bet is always waiting on purchasing your entrance media until just before your trip just in case any new specials come up.

Thanks Dangermouse. Absolutely buying hoppers first, but they can' t be too cheap or I won't be able to talk my husband into upgrading them to AP's! Thinking the ones with two MM's if still available at that time.

Airfares have been real tricky these last few months. A ticket that cost $250 last year, now costs $425 for the same time this year. Much of it has to do with gas prices.

One recommendation I can give is to not buy too far out. Prices tend to start dropping around 4 - 6 months out. I use ITA Software to find the cheapest flights for all of my business trips. There are times when the cheapest option is to make strange connections. It does not include Southwest or JetBlue prices. These you have to get directly from the airlines' website.

This will be our 2nd trip in the year. We are flying through Virgin American Airlines for 2 rt tix the total was $438.00 The only other item we have to pay for is the hotel. If you reserve early you can get a good price. Check out the hotel links directly. So for about $1100 - $1500 for 2 depending on where you stay. Good luck... I think Jetblue is going to start flying sea to lax too soon.

We are going back in Feb. too. We just went at the start of the month. We are already planning our next trip. We are hoping to buy AP's. We are trying to go once in the summer and go in Nov. Just need to get thoses AP"S!!!!:yay:
