Airfare booked - NOW i FEEL BETTER

I have been trying to book airfare for a while but since our party is 9 people it has been hard getting people to agree. Dh & I like to go 7 or 8am so we have most of the day in WDW. and we like to leave late at night again getting most of the day there before we leave. Nobody else we are going with thinks that way. SIL doesn't want to leave so late. MIL didn't tell FIL that she had the whole week off so he thinks she has to wait for work to be done before she can leave but I don't want to wait until 5pm to leave for WDW. I finally convinced them for 8am flight the day we go down at $69 pp and 630pm the day we come home for $59pp. I am not changing it now either. That is why as soon as they said ok I booked it. Traveling with big parties is a pain.

nope - we fly out of Atlantic city on Airtran which is starting service to AC in June and fly home into PHL.

We booked our flights on Airtran too. At first we had a flight departure time of 5:20 p.m on June 6 out of STL arriving at MCO at 8:20 p.m. Then we got an email from Airtran saying they had changed our flight time, luckily it was to an earlier time in the day. Now we depart at 11:20 a.m. arriving in Orlando at 2:20. Now we can take the boys swimming that afternoon and watch the fireworks from our hotel, Pop Century.

Great prices!! I booked mine almost 2 weeks ago w/ Southwest Wanna Get Away prices and it was a great feeling to have them done. Last week, the same flights were almost $200 MORE expensive for 4 people!!

Took the plunge and bought our tickets last night -- and we're not going until December! Just wanted to have it done and it was within my budget ($189 RT from St. Louis per person).

CrazyaboutCinderella, where at POP is a good place to watch the fireworks? Do you get a pretty decent view?

CrazyaboutCinderella - We will be arriving about the same time as you on June 6! Maybe we'll pass ya in the airport, or if yall are doing Magical Express, maybe we'll be on the same bus! That'd be cool!!! We're staying at the Yacht Club, and our plan is for some pool time then a quick bite at Beaches & Cream, then watch Illuminations!!!!

We just booked our flights for Sept on Airtran. I was super excited $138 RT out of Indy. And kinda like the OP (not having to worry about family schedules!), I feel so much better knowing it is done and taken care of and DH can't back out of the trip now! (He still thinks we are making a mistake taking DS who will be 17months and DN who will be 21months! )
