That's odd, I've never received an e-mail like that before. It looks like they are showing you a sampling of the offers that are in stores close to you perhaps??? I can't really tell much from the image -- it's cut off at the bottom does it say which store those are from?

So "Needs stores" are a chain in the East of the country?

Yes, they are owned by Sobeys and are either a corner store or affiliated with a gas station (Shell, Petro Canada, etc)
