Air Canada tried to screw me over!

It seems like I may be in the minority, but I have always had a phone call AND an e-mail when my flights have changed. I always book on-line. Not sure if that makes a difference, but I even got a call once when the departure time was changed by only 30 minutes (later). I probably wouldn't even have noticed.

Sorry this happened to you though.
