Not sure where you booked through - but Disney and Costco comes 2-3 weeks ahead of the travel dates - delivered by Fed EX - that requires a signature.

You must live in Arizona. We live in Buffalo. Put a negative in front of your current temperatures, and that's what we get in January. I don't look forward to it. LOL!

Disney travel usually mails (fed ex) the package of documents, so that you get it 21 days before your trip (give or take a day or two). You (or another adult) MUST be there to sign for the package.

when i booked with AAA last year the package arrived via DHL 2 weeks prior to our trip. The DHL delivery lady was so funny! She was more excited than I was.
"OMG!! You're going to Disneyland!!"

I'm actually booked through a travel agency, so the agency will sign for it and send it to me.
