AHHHH Help with Canada airline check in

It's really happening we all tested negative this am and are set to fly out tomorrow to Vancouver. However, I'm checking in with united and it says that are underage girls can't be checked in they don't meet the requirements they need a covid test! However, when I go to the united travel ready center it says we are all travel ready, ArriveCan says we are all travel ready, and our safe passage says clear to sail. I'm a little worried.... Anyone else have experience with this?

I think this is referring to the fact that when flying internationally, there can be extra checks and screenings when minors are involved to make sure there is not a parental kidnapping situation. This means both parents should be present, or if only a single parent is, the single parent should provide either proof of sole custody or a notarized permission form from the other parent.

We sometimes struggle with this because our youngest is autistic and often will not answer or will answer "imaginatively" when the security screener asks basic questions like "what is your name" or "how old are you" or "is this your mom." Fun times...

Thanks! I can’t imagine that added stress! But moms of twins are tougher! I have my arrrivecan QR code my negative test QR code from inspire plus I printed out everything we should be ok. Very nerve wracking
