I know you are all TERRIBLY jealous of our VIP gift from the PBH.

And, yes, they did call it specifically a "VIP" gift.

That's right. Nothing says VIP like 2 apples, one orange, 2 forks, 2 plates, and one knife. Now, there was a cloth napkin that somehow got moved before I took the pic.

I'm not complaining. Just found it funny. Especially since folks tend to gripe about the lack of welcome gifts anymore. But that's what you get for being a Plat at the PBH!

Lol. Time for you to head back to the RPR. At least they give you a banana there too!

Hey you forgot about the pretty flower in between the fruit :rotfl:

And according to DH, it is an edible flower. He ate it on our January trip.:scared1: He ran out of fruit!

You've got to be kidding. That looks so sad. :sad2:

At least you still get the $100 credit right? In case all that fruit doesn't fill you up. :rotfl:

I think we got the $100 credit ... this was the first time we didn't get a portfolio, and we couldn't see it on the TV, so who knows. I am pretty sure we did though.

But I mean, I can fore go the fruit if the PBH is really on hard times. ;)

Yes, we used to get a fruit basket and water. Then at the RPR we got a basket of fruit, which was promptly removed the next morning (guess we were supposed to eat all that fruit on day 1?). Now, 2 apples, 1 orange, 2 forks, 2 plates, 1 knife, 1 napkin..... Enjoy!

At least the fruit looked fresh.........or did they hide the bruises by using special "VIP" placement?

I showed the picture to my husband and he gave me that silly shifted to the side half smile.

The VIP placement sorta kinda makes it vague resemble a Hidden Mickey (I've obviously lived next door to the Mouse House too long).

What has me curious is WHO eats an apple and/or orange with a knife and fork? :confused3

:lmao:

My uncle ate an apple with the knife and fork in February! We were all laughing at him hysterically! He said he figured it would make the apple last longer, otherwise why would they give 3 pieces of fruit when there were five people in the suite!!!

I stayed at Loews in Santa Monica in March and they had the exact same fruit plate. Now that I think of it, we got two little bottles of Figi water with our fruit plates in January, February and March. In Phila, it was a slightly different fruit tray but no bottled water. I like Phila Loews gave out soft pretzels and root beer soda.

When we were at the RPR in Feb. we got grapes, a banana, two apples and an orange. We also got one piece of fruit I could not identify. We got two little bottles of Fiji as well.

You must be listed as a Super VIP in their data base since you received more fruit than what the rest of us have received!

Lol. I would have traded my two pieces of fruit for a better view than the expressway!

I stayed at RPR a few months ago and recieved a fruitbasket with strawberries, bananas, oranges and apples maybe about 9 pieces and two bottles of Fiji water as well. I am not a super VIP either.

When we stayed at RPR, it was a kiwi. Brown outside, green inside. Is that what yours was?

I *think* we got the banana and grapes too along w/ the apple, orange and kiwi...

Not even sure what to say about that. It was just so funny I had to respond. :rotfl2:Thanks for the laugh. I thought the Dueling Dragons was a draw, but this fruit thing...this could be big.

No ours was something that tasted like a cross between a pear and an apple. It was green out the outside with some spots and had a really crispy texture.
