We (4 adults, 4 kids) ate at the Hoop de Doo in Friday, the 14th at the 7:15 seating.

Took the monorail from Poly to MK then the boat to FWL. No problems. Got to see the 6pm Wishes show from the monorail and dock which was nice.

Checked in and got our picture taken since we had not gotten a group shot. Then let the kids play in the playground for about 15 minutes before we lined up to go in.

Got great seats second row from the stage. We paid OOP for this restaurant instead of using 2 TS each. We sat down and began our feast with the cornbread. Our server, Rob was great. He got us a second helping of bread right away. He also managed to get my DH some Tabasco and told us to take it with us in case we needed it somewhere else. Very nice!:goodvibes

The show was highly entertaining. The kids were very impressed and stayed focused so much that we had to keep reminding them to EAT! All the kids wanted drumsticks so Rob got us a whole bucket full for them. All the food was tasty, even the salad. My only complaint was the dessert. I thought the shortcake was bland even with the strawberry sauce. Not one of the kids ate it...just the whipped cream and some strawberries.:upsidedow

I actually got to see quite a bit of the bathroom! My DD5 decided that this was the perfect occassion in which to test the "once I go the first time, it opens the floodgates of my bladder" theory. Remember in college when you would go to that great seedy bar that served $2.00 pitchers until someone went to the bathroom? Well, my little angel would have made sure NOBODY got a second round. She went 4 times in 2 hours.

Now, I know many of you are saying, "You just should have said NO. Wait until after the show!" But the truth is that she actually went each time. And no small trickle either...she had to go! So, I can hereby attest that the womens bathroom at the Hoop de Doo is rather pleasant and clean. :rotfl2:

And the best part was when our friend got picked to go up on stage to be part of the show. He was the Native American Guide and it was a hoot! Of course, all the adults drank the tasty Sangria, so maybe it wasn't all that funny in reality!!:lmao:

I know this cost an arm and a leg, but we had a great time. On the way back on the boat, we saw the water parade and the MVMCP fireworks. It was a great way to end the evening.

Hope this helps!:goodvibes

We enjoyed HDD too but from your title I thought you had to go to the bathroom for other reasons :rotfl2: Thank goodness you didn't!
