Agency exclusive deal december 2014

Hi everyone , I see everyone talking about the magical deals through an agency in 2015 so I googled it and see they also have an exclusive deal for early December 2014 that falls within my dates. Has anyone booked this? Also how long do they take to get back with quotes? My 45 day mark is Tuesday so want to hear back from them ASAP so I can cancel my Disney booking if they have something better. Thanks!

It took one day to get my quote back from them.

I am still trying to get our dates set, so as soon as that happens I am definitely booking it through them.

I heard back same day for the quote. Booked the next day and got my conf code the next day.

Disney is the difficulty here. I cancelled my ressie through them and got no confirmation it was done. Days later and they have yet to credit my card back the $200 deposit. Called again. CM told me it could take 60 days. Then supposedly took care of it without getting my last name, phone number or ressie code. If not credited in a week I am disputing the charge. It does not take that long to issue a credit.

I am looking for good deals/suggestions for booking a moderate resort.

Now, is this something to consider?
